Did you know?

Circule icon with a half full and completed and the other half empty with a dotted line

Only about 5% of classic car restoration projects are finished once started by hobbyists, as most projects encounter growing costs, time constraints, and technical challenges that cause progress to slow, stall, or stop entirely before reaching full completion.

Most classic car restorations focus on cosmetic improvements rather than full mechanical rebuilds, leaving critical systems like engines, drivetrains, suspension, braking, and electrical components largely untouched, untested, or unchanged beneath a visually restored exterior that often hides issues.

Many restoration projects stop at visual upgrades, creating the appearance of completion while critical mechanical systems remain unfinished, untested, or unreliable, resulting in vehicles that look fully restored but lack the reliability, safety, and drivability expected from restoration.

FAQ

Yes, we do not charge for estimates.

How long does a full restoration typically take?

This is totally dependent upon your car and what you needs done. The timeframe will be determined during the assessment and agreed upon before any work commences.

We do not transport or tow vehicles, however, we can recommend several quality companies that do.

How do you bill for long-term restorations?

We will give you a fixed rate for the project or milestones in the project.
